Excellent Onsen, good breakfast, convenient and affordable.

What we expected - a bit generic but solid choice.

Everything! Friendly service, free coffee, free water and jello in our room, onsen was beautiful with nice amenities, free ramen and ice cream, massage chairs…it was such a great value!! There were restaurants and stores and things in walking distance.

A nice hotel with a hot bath included. Breakfast is OK, there is a coin laundry and everybody's favorite: free coffee in the lobby.

Helpful staff, info about extra costs like parking was accurate. My first time using a Japanese public bath and it was all explained well on notices on the wall

My only complaint was the size of the bed as I'm tall. But I'm sure I could have booked a different room type to get one that was bigger if I had known what I was doing.

Great location, great friendly staff. There is parking outside the hotel but need to make booking I think. Otherwise there are paid parkings nearby.

The lighting is not enough. No bathtub.

The location is good. It is about an 8-minute walk from Higashimuroran Station. You need to pay attention to prevent slipping on snowy days. The room is clean and tidy, and the service is thoughtful. When the front desk knew that we wanted to see the sunrise, he pointed out the unreasonable part of our itinerary and kindly told us where to go to watch it. Although it was relatively remote, we saw an amazing scenery. onsen is good,breakfast very nice. The free ラメン is tastes good.ice after onsen is my favorite part^ ̳ට ̫ ට ̳^ I might be ate four or more of them

We can have unlimited Ice cream. Onsen is good and the free Ramen is delicious

Easy access by car from the highway, very kis friendly (small sculptures in many places, children book shelf, children stool and bowl at the onsen, room wear, pillow and small gift for kids), great surprises at night (free midnight noodle and ice cream), excellent staff, perfect breakfast. The onsen had an apple bath on the day we were there, it was fantastic! Absolutely no smoke smell at the whole hotel, that is very rare in Japan. The room is also very kid friendly.

Motion sensor lighting is the nightmare of families with small kids. I'd prefer one with a switch at the entrance.

At 9:30 every night, the hotel provides ramen in their restaurant with limited quantity. They also provide free ice creams in the evening and Yakult in the morning. We really like the delicious breakfast where they have the local Muroran Yakitori and some crab rice amongst other fares. Guests can pick up the free amenities if needed.

The room is quite small. The bed was not as comfortable as we expected.
